VinFlow Case Study

I created VINflow out of something I saw every day. Working as a photographer at a car dealership, I kept noticing how much friction there was in a simple task: getting a car ready for a test drive. A salesman would need a specific vehicle, but no one knew exactly where it was on the lot. That meant phone calls, texts, and a porter walking around to track it down, all while the customer waited. Locations were kept in people's heads or written by hand, and there was no live view of what was where. So I designed VINflow to fix it: a real-time app that gives every role; managers, salesmen, porters, and service. A shared, up-to-date view of the whole lot. Instead of chasing cars with phone calls, you can find any vehicle, request it, and track it live as it comes to you.
